BiologyStudy and teaching (Secondary)BiologyStudy and teaching (Secondary)574.0712Steffen Benjamin1551755MiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910795450903321Negiertes Bewältigen3811411UNINA05720nam 22007455 450 991074608400332120251113201804.03-319-19775-43-319-19776-210.1007/978-3-319-19776-0(CKB)2670000000618842(EBL)2095836(SSID)ssj0001501145(PQKBManifestationID)11918317(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001501145(PQKBWorkID)11521994(PQKB)11290936(DE-He213)978-3-319-19776-0(MiAaPQ)EBC2095836(PPN)18602844X(EXLCZ)99267000000061884220150518d2015 u| 0engur|n|---|||||txtrdacontentcrdamediacrrdacarrier9th International Conference on Practical Applications of Computational Biology and Bioinformatics /edited by Ross Overbeek, Miguel P. It contains the proceedings of the 9th International Conference on Practical Applications of Computational Biology & Bioinformatics held at University of Salamanca, Spain, at June 3rd-5th, 2015. The International Conference on Practical Applications of Computational Biology & Bioinformatics (PACBB) is an annual international meeting dedicated to emerging and challenging applied research in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. Biological and biomedical research are increasingly driven by experimental techniques that challenge our ability to analyse, process and extract meaningful knowledge from the underlying data. The impressive capabilities of next generation sequencing technologies, together with novel and ever evolving distinct types of omics data technologies, have put an increasingly complex set of challenges for the growing fields of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. The analysis of the datasets produced and their integration call for new algorithms and approaches from fields such as Databases, Statistics, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Optimization, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. Clearly, Biology is more and more a science of information requiring tools from the computational sciences.Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing,2194-5365 ;375Computational intelligenceArtificial intelligenceBioinformaticsChemistryData processingComputational IntelligenceArtificial IntelligenceComputational and Systems BiologyComputational ChemistryComputational intelligence.Artificial intelligence.Bioinformatics.ChemistryData processing.Computational Intelligence.Artificial Intelligence.Computational and Systems Biology.Computational Chemistry.572.80285Overbeek Rossedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtRocha Miguel Pedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtFdez-Riverola Florentinoedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtDe Paz Juan Fedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtMiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK99107460840033219th International Conference on Practical Applications of Computational Biology and Bioinformatics1412341UNINA
