The Christian Topography, a sixth-century Byzantine Christian work, presents such a cosmology. Its theory is based on the “pattern” revealed to Moses on Mount Sinai when he was told to build the Tabernacle and its implements “after their pattern, which is being shown thee on the Mount.” (Exod. 25: 40). The book demonstrates, through texts and images, the motifs that link the Tabernacle and Creation. It traces the long chain of transmission that connects the Jewish and Christian traditions from Syria and ancient Israel to France and Spain from the first through the fourteenth century, revealing new models of interaction between Judaism and Christianity.Jewish and Christian Perspectives Series25.Cosmology in artJewish art and symbolismThemes, motivesArt, ByzantineThemes, motivesJudaismRelationsChristianityChristianity and other religionsJudaismElectronic books.Cosmology in art.Jewish art and symbolismThemes, motives.Art, ByzantineThemes, motives.JudaismRelationsChristianity.Christianity and other religionsJudaism.704.9/482Laderman Shulamith914031MiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910465440003321Images of cosmology in Jewish and Byzantine art2047852UNINA01526nam 2200397 450 991071502130332120201127150812.0(CKB)5470000002507794(OCoLC)1224313273(EXLCZ)99547000000250779420201127d2019 ua 0engur|||||||||||txtrdacontentcrdamediacrrdacarrierCBP Families and Children Care Panel final report[Washington, D.C.] :Homeland Security Advisory Council,2019.1 online resource (vi, 57 pages) color illustrations"November 14, 2019."Includes bibliographical references.Customs and Border Patrol Families and Children Care Panel final reportImmigrant familiesGovernment policyUnited StatesUnaccompanied immigrant childrenGovernment policyUnited StatesUnaccompanied refugee childrenGovernment policyUnited StatesDetention of personsGovernment policyUnited StatesImmigrant familiesGovernment policyUnaccompanied immigrant childrenGovernment policyUnaccompanied refugee childrenGovernment policyDetention of personsGovernment policyGPOGPOBOOK9910715021303321CBP Families and Children Care Panel final report3283383UNINA04355nam 2200961 450 991080829010332120230803203518.00-520-95926-410.1525/9780520959262(CKB)3710000000179490(EBL)1711038(SSID)ssj0001261778(PQKBManifestationID)12517499(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001261778(PQKBWorkID)11209884(PQKB)11294056(MiAaPQ)EBC1711038(DE-B1597)518711(OCoLC)883566017(DE-B1597)9780520959262(Au-PeEL)EBL1711038(CaPaEBR)ebr10898575(CaONFJC)MIL630530(EXLCZ)99371000000017949020140810h20142014 uy 0engurcnu||||||||txtccrThe essential Mario Savio speeches and writings that changed America /edited by Robert Cohen ; foreword by Tom Hayden ; afterword by Robert Reich ; epilogue by Lynne Hollander SavioOakland, California :University of California Press,2014.©20141 online resource (723 p.)Description based upon print version of record.0-520-28338-4 0-520-28337-6 Includes bibliographical references and index.Front matter --Contents --List of Illustrations --Acknowledgments --Editor's Note --Foreword --Introduction --1. Led by Mario Savio and other young veterans of the civil rights movement, student activists organized what was to that point the most tumultuous student rebellion in American history. Mass sit-ins, a nonviolent blockade around a police car, occupations of the campus administration building, and a student strike united thousands of students to champion the right of students to free speech and unrestricted political advocacy on campus. This compendium of influential speeches and previously unknown writings offers insight into and perspective on the disruptive yet nonviolent civil disobedience tactics used by Savio. The Essential Mario Savio is the perfect introduction to an American icon and to one of the most important social movements of the post-war period in the United States.Political activistsUnited StatesBiographyCivil rights workersUnited StatesBiographyStudent movementsCaliforniaBerkeleyHistory1960s america.20th century american history.american activism.american activist.american history.berkeley free speech movement.campus administration.campus protest.civil rights movement.counterculture movement.free speech.influential speeches.mario savio.mass sit ins.nonviolent civil disobedience.nonviolent protest.political advocacy.political protest.protest.student activists.student occupations.student rebellion.student strike.united states of america.university of california berkeley.Political activistsCivil rights workersStudent movementsHistory.378.1/981092Cohen RobertHayden TomReich RobertSavio Lynne HollanderMiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910808290103321The essential Mario Savio4114245UNINA01123nam0 22003131i 450 VAN0001855720250211105147.72088-405-3272-220040629d1996 |0itac50 baitaIT|||| |||||i e nRisparmio energetico in ediliziacriteri e normeGiancarlo Chiesa, Giuliano Dall'ÒMilanoMasson1996IX, 211 p.24 cmEdificiIsolamento termicoVANC032668INMilanoVANL000284693.83221ChiesaGiancarloVANV014620729471Dall'ÒGiulianoVANV014621339457Masson <Italia> <editore>VANV107929650ITSOL20250214RICABIBLIOTECA DEL DIPARTIMENTO DI INGEGNERIAIT-CE0100VAN05VAN00018557BIBLIOTECA DEL DIPARTIMENTO DI INGEGNERIA05PREST A 618 05 1385 20040629 Risparmio energetico in edilizia1429080UNICAMPANIA
