Advanced AMD, including choroidal neovascularization (CNV) or geographic atrophy (GA), is associated with substantial and progressive visual impairment that can lead to a significant reduction in functional independence and quality of life (QoL) for affected individuals, whose number is expected to increase in the coming years in line with population growth and ageing. In this context, while an important part of medical care is focused on preventing the progression of the disease, Visual Rehabilitation (VR) aims to address its consequences by providing these patients with a number of strategies to achieve their goals and participate autonomously, actively and productively in society. This chapter aims to provide an update on evidence-based practices in the field and how modern technologies play an important role in the development of new VR approaches.Saponin-Mediated Rejuvenation of Bruch MembraneVisual sociologyVisual sociology.302.23Vega Luis Leal1347743NjHacINjHaclBOOK9910633983603321Evidence-Based Practice and Trends in Visual Rehabilitation for Patients with Age-Related Macular Degeneration3084478UNINA00920nam0 22002291i 450 UON0020761120231205103320.78520030730d1930 |0itac50 baitaIT|||| |||||Il conflitto Lituano-Polacco e la questione di VilnaLea MeriggiMilanoIstituto Editoriale Scientifico1930. 116 p. ; 26 cm.ITMilanoUONL000005MERIGGILeaUONV124735290137Istituto Editoriale ScientificoUONV267722650ITSOL20240220RICASIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEOUONSIUON00207611SIBA - SISTEMA BIBLIOTECARIO DI ATENEOSI IV POL A 0872 SI MR 6002 5 0872 Conflitto Lituano-Polacco e la questione di Vilna742693UNIOR
