Jingzhen Xie holds a Ph.D. in French from The Johns Hopkins University, USA and is Assistant Professor at the Department of History at the University of Macau, China. Her main research areas include Macao studies, history of translation from French to Chinese, and the relationship of information to culture. She has published on historical studies and library and information science.
