The program is on track, and ownership by the authorities has improved. Fiscal targets were met with a comfortable margin. All structural benchmarks were also observed, albeit some with a brief delay. The authorities have made important strides to complete the bank resolution process, publish a roadmap to gradually ease payment restrictions, and finalize a restructuring strategy for the cooperative credit sector. However, much remains to be done to fully implement the financial sector restructuring strategy and restore confidence in the system.IMF Staff Country Reports; Country Report ;No. 2013/293Economic developmentCyprusBanks and BankingimfMacroeconomicsimfMoney and Monetary PolicyimfPublic FinanceimfIndustries: Financial ServicesimfExports and ImportsimfBanksimfDepository InstitutionsimfMicro Finance InstitutionsimfMortgagesimfDebtimfDebt ManagementimfSovereign DebtimfMonetary Policy, Central Banking, and the Supply of Money and Credit: GeneralimfTaxation, Subsidies, and Revenue: GeneralimfFinancial Institutions and Services: Government Policy and RegulationimfInternational Lending and Debt ProblemsimfBankingimfPublic finance & taxationimfMonetary economicsimfFinanceimfInternational economicsimfPublic debtimfCreditimfLoansimfRevenue administrationimfMoneyimfFinancial institutionsimfExternal debtimfBanks and bankingimfDebts, PublicimfRevenueimfDebts, ExternalimfCyprusEconomic conditionsCyprusimfEconomic developmentBanks and BankingMacroeconomicsMoney and Monetary PolicyPublic FinanceIndustries: Financial ServicesExports and ImportsBanksDepository InstitutionsMicro Finance InstitutionsMortgagesDebtDebt ManagementSovereign DebtMonetary Policy, Central Banking, and the Supply of Money and Credit: GeneralTaxation, Subsidies, and Revenue: GeneralFinancial Institutions and Services: Government Policy and RegulationInternational Lending and Debt ProblemsBankingPublic finance & taxationMonetary economicsFinanceInternational economicsPublic debtCreditLoansRevenue administrationMoneyFinancial institutionsExternal debtBanks and bankingDebts, PublicRevenueDebts, External332.1/52International Monetary Fund.DcWaIMFBOOK9910790636203321Cyprus684414UNINA
