The collected essays mark, in this regard, a twofold path: they are intercultural, since they alternate the literary and linguistic aspects from the humanistic to the contemporary era, but they also are intergeneris as they alternate not only historiography and treatises with poetry and narrative - with inter-artistic incursions across literature, painting and photography - but also linguistic aspects, namely grammatical, and examples of rewritings and translational questions, in a sort of further Lusophone dialogue between genres and topoi.Studi e saggi (Florence, Italy)Portuguese literaturePortuguese literature.869.08Graziani Michela1022401NjHacINjHaclBOOK9910571703403321Un incontro lusofono plurale di lingue, letterature, storie, culture3012572UNINA02706nam 2200625 450 991078895140332120200520144314.01-61451-629-41-61451-855-610.1515/9781614516293(CKB)3390000000061995(EBL)4338388(SSID)ssj0001406682(PQKBManifestationID)12503252(PQKBTitleCode)TC0001406682(PQKBWorkID)11401969(PQKB)10887962(DE-B1597)253060(OCoLC)883380977(OCoLC)935921434(DE-B1597)9781614516293(CaSebORM)9781614518556(MiAaPQ)EBC4338388(EXLCZ)99339000000006199520160209h20142014 uy 0engur|nu---|u||utxtccrUnimodal and multimodal biometric data indexing /Somnath Dey, Debasis SamantaBoston, [Massachusetts] ;Berlin, Germany :De Gruyter,2014.©20141 online resource (358 p.)Description based upon print version of record.1-61451-745-2 Includes bibliographical references at the end of each chapters and index.Front matter --Preface --Contents --List of Figures --List of Tables --Chapter 1. It denotes a body of individual constitutional principles – written and unwritten – that represent the common heritage of the constitutions of the Member States. Taking into account the two major European organisations, the Council of Europe and especially the European Union, the essays of this Festschrift discuss a range of constitutional principles, including the rule of law, democracy, and the exercise of political power in a multilevel system which recognises fundamental rights as directly applicable and supreme law. Other essays examine the value of pluralism, the commitment of private organisations to uphold public values, principles or rules, and the objectives and methods of a transnational science of administrative law. These articles highlight the fact that the Ius Publicum Europaeum Commune is “politically” in the making, which can often be seen in the shape of general legal principles. The publication recognises the role of Albrecht Weber as a forerunner of Common European Legal Thinking.Law—EuropePolitical scienceEuropean Economic Community literatureEuropean Lawhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/R20000Political Sciencehttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/911000European Integrationhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/W33010Law—Europe.Political science.European Economic Community literature.European Law.Political Science.European Integration.340Blanke Hermann-Josefedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtCruz Villalón Pedroedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtKlein Tonioedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtZiller Jacquesedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtBOOK9910483671603321Common European Legal Thinking2846694UNINA
