We also update our dating of sovereign debt and currency crises. The database includes all systemic banking, currency, and sovereign debt crises during the period 1970-2011. The data show some striking differences in policy responses between advanced and emerging economies as well as many similarities between past and ongoing crisesIMF Working PapersFinancial crisesBank failuresLiquidity (Economics)CreditOff balance sheet financingCapital movementsElectronic books.Financial crises.Bank failures.Liquidity (Economics)Credit.Off balance sheet financing.Capital movements.Laeven Luc887526Valencia Fabian910645MiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910462250703321Systemic banking crises2275532UNINA01285nas 2200373-a 450 991089609650332120240118213020.0(DE-599)ZDB2254059-3(CKB)110985822459224(CONSER)sn-97036760-(EXLCZ)9911098582245922419970826a19979999 --- -engtxtrdacontentcrdamediacrrdacarrierJournal of eastern Caribbean studiesCave Hill, Barbados Institute of Social and Economic Research, University of the West Indies©1997-1 online resourceRefereed/Peer-reviewedTitle from cover.Print version: Journal of eastern Caribbean studies. 1028-8813 (DLC)sn 97036760 (OCoLC)37529329 JECSJ.
