This book describes the significance of rhetorical knowledge for law through detailed discussions of some of the most difficult legal issues facing courts today, including affirmative action, gay rights, and assisted suicide. Francis J. Mootz responds to both extremes, those who argue that law is merely a rhetorical mask for the exercise of power and those who demonstrate an ideological faith in law's autonomy, and he breaks neRhetoric, culture, and social critique.Critical legal studiesLawPhilosophyRhetoricElectronic books.Critical legal studies.LawPhilosophy. Epistemological, theoretical and methodological questions relating to corpora, especially text corpora, permeate Humanities and Human and Social Sciences. Within this process of reflection, the three essential stages of compiling, analysing and interpreting corpora are separate, even though, in practice, they are interwoven in circulatory mechanisms. What are the theoretical, and also often practical criteria which determine the compilation of a research corpus? What tools and software enable the researcher to make best use of the corpus? How can we differentiate between quantitative and qualitative approaches? In this book, researchers from different fields come together to look…CORPUS DE TEXTES Corpus de textes Language & Linguistics (General)analyse de données textuellescontextecorpusdiscourslogicieltextual data analysiscontextdiscoursesoftwaresoftwaretextual data analysiscontextcorpusdiscourseLanguage & Linguistics (General)analyse de données textuellescontextecorpusdiscourslogicieltextual data analysiscontextdiscoursesoftwareArnoult Audrey1308479Belakehal Azeddine1308480Comby Émeline436439Delimitsos Konstantinos1308481Heiden Serge1308482Jacquez Lise1308483Lanseur Soufiane1308484Le Lay Yves-François1282742Marchand Pascal1308485Merchez Luc1308486Mosset Yannick1308487Pincemin Bénédicte1308488Pinon Catherine1308489Ratinaud Pierre1308490Souillard Natacha1308491Zidelmal Nadia1308492Comby Émeline436439Mosset Yannick1308487de Carrara Stéphanie1308493FR-FrMaCLEBOOK9910315240803321Corpus de textes : composer, mesurer, interpréter3029127UNINA05684nam 2201573z- 450 991055748420332120231214133541.0(CKB)5400000000042990(oapen)https://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/68960(EXLCZ)99540000000004299020202105d2020 |y 0engurmn|---annantxtrdacontentcrdamediacrrdacarrierNutrition, Microbiota and Noncommunicable DiseasesBasel, SwitzerlandMDPI - Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute20201 electronic resource (416 p.)3-03936-916-4 3-03936-917-2 Health is defined as “the state of the organism when it functions optimally without evidence of disease”. Surprisingly, the words “microbes” or “microorganism” are missing in this definition. The regulation of gut microbiota is mediated by an enormous quantity of aspects, such as microbiological factors, host characteristics, diet patterns, and environmental variables. Some protective, structural, and metabolic functions have been reported for gut microbiota, and these functions are related to the regulation of homeostasis and host health. Host defense against pathogens is, in part, mediated through gut microbiota action and requires intimate interpretation of the current microenvironment and discrimination between commensal and occasional bacteria. The present Special Issue provides a summary of the progress on the topic of intestinal microbiota and its important role in human health in different populations. This Special Issue will be of great interest from a clinical and public health perspective. Nevertheless, more studies with more samples and comparable methods are necessary to understand the actual function of intestinal microbiota in disease development and health maintenance.Research & information: generalbicsscBiology, life sciencesbicsscsperm qualityprobioticszebrafishmotilitybehaviorintestinal microbiotaintestinal Bacteroidescardiorespiratory fitnesstrunk muscle trainingaerobic exercise trainingbrisk walkingnutrientsgut microbiotanutritionhabitual dietsWestern dietobesitycardiometabolic risk factorschronic health conditionsgastrointestinal disordersprebiotics and probioticsmetabolic syndromegastrointestinal microbiomeLactobacillus reuteri V3401sugar alcoholprebioticbowel functionimmune functionrespiratory tract infectionsotitis mediasinusitisweight managementsatietybone healthAMP-activated protein kinasebutyratedevelopmental origins of health and disease (DOHaD)high fat diethypertensionnutrient-sensing signalspropionateshort chain fatty acidskefirautism spectrum disordersoral microbiotadysbiosisco-occurring conditionsallergyabdominal painbiomarker discoveryanorexiafood restrictionClpBmicrobiotaEnterobacteriaceaeinulincircadian rhythmfeeding timingcholinetrimethylaminetrimethylamine n-oxide16S rRNA gene profilingqPCRlinear mixed modelssoy proteinlipid metabolismcircadianchrono-nutritionmicrobiomepregnancyfetusplacentanewborninfancycritical illnesssepsislipid metabolomeamlodipinecorticosteroneACTHgut bacteriomeischemia-reperfusion injurynutritional statussupplemented nutritionpartial hepatectomyliver transplantationvaginal microbiomebacterial communitiesvaginal dysbiosisbacterial vaginosisrisk factorshormone replacement therapycardiovascular diseasesatherosclerosisprebioticsalanine aminotransferaseantibioticOptifastgut microbiomemetronidazolenonnutritive sweetenerssweetening agentsResearch & information: generalBiology, life sciencesPlaza-Díaz Julioedt1303378Plaza-Díaz JulioothBOOK9910557484203321Nutrition, Microbiota and Noncommunicable Diseases3026968UNINA01123nam0 22003131i 450 VAN0001855720250211105147.72088-405-3272-220040629d1996 |0itac50 baitaIT|||| |||||i e nRisparmio energetico in ediliziacriteri e normeGiancarlo Chiesa, Giuliano Dall'ÒMilanoMasson1996IX, 211 p.24 cmEdificiIsolamento termicoVANC032668INMilanoVANL000284693.83221ChiesaGiancarloVANV014620729471Dall'ÒGiulianoVANV014621339457Masson <Italia> <editore>VANV107929650ITSOL20250214RICABIBLIOTECA DEL DIPARTIMENTO DI INGEGNERIAIT-CE0100VAN05VAN00018557BIBLIOTECA DEL DIPARTIMENTO DI INGEGNERIA05PREST A 618 05 1385 20040629 Risparmio energetico in edilizia1429080UNICAMPANIA
