Following nature's example, this approach has the goal to find a biomimetic self-assembling dye, whose aggregates can mimic the natural light-harvesting system of special photosynthetic active bacteria. The thesis investigates methods to control the self-assembly such that suitable dye aggregates are formed with high internal order and size-confinement.The dye aggregates can be implemented into a new type of solar cells, designed to combine the advantages of hybrid solar cells and solid-state dye-sensitized solar cells (ss-DSSCs): dye aggregate solar cells (DASCs). This book describes the construction and first tests of a prototype for DASCs on the basis of the investigated dye aggregates. The described approach has the advantage that it will enable to build up a light-harvesting system fully synthetically in large scale in order to realize low-cost, light-weight and environmentally friendly solar cells – a worthwhile goal towards the exploitation of clean energy from sunlight.Springer Theses, Recognizing Outstanding Ph.D. Research,2190-5053NanochemistryEnergy harvestingOptical materialsElectronic materialsNanoscale scienceNanoscienceNanostructuresNanochemistryhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/C33000Energy Harvestinghttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/117000Optical and Electronic Materialshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/Z12000Nanoscale Science and Technologyhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P25140Nanochemistry.Energy harvesting.Optical materials.Electronic materials.Nanoscale science.Nanoscience.Nanostructures.Nanochemistry.Energy Harvesting.Optical and Electronic Materials.Nanoscale Science and Technology.621.31244Marek Peter Lauthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut1060873BOOK9910437816403321Biomimetic Dye Aggregate Solar Cells2515998UNINA02338nam 22004813 450 991013794190332120241230084506.0(CKB)3280000000013206(MiAaPQ)EBC31860383(Au-PeEL)EBL31860383(EXLCZ)99328000000001320620241230d2013 uy 0engurcnu||||||||txtrdacontentcrdamediacrrdacarrierProceedings of the VIIth GSCP International Conference Speech and Corpora1st ed.Firenze :Firenze University Press,2013.©2012.506 pProceedings e reportThe 7th International Conference of the Gruppo di studio sulla comunicazione parlata, dedicated to the memory of Claire Blanche-Benveniste.9788866553519 8866553514 The 7th International Conference of the Gruppo di Studi sulla Comunicazione Parlata, dedicated to the memory of Claire Blanche-Benveniste, chose as its main theme Speech and Corpora. The wide international origin of the 235 authors from 21 countries and 95 institutions led to papers on many different languages. The 89 papers of this volume reflect the themes of the conference: spoken corpora compilation and annotation, with the technological connected fields; the relation between prosody and pragmatics; speech pathologies; and different papers on phonetics, speech and linguistic analysis, pragmatics and sociolinguistics. Many papers are also dedicated to speech and second language studies. The online publication with FUP allows direct access to sound and video linked to papers (when downloaded).Proceedings e ReportProceedings of the VIIth GSCP International ConferenceLinguisticaCongressiLinguisticaCongressi410Mello Heliana990199Pettorino Massimo496250Raso Tommaso176305Gruppo di studio sulla comunicazione parlataMiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910137941903321Proceedings of the VIIth GSCP International Conference2264914UNINA
