Firstly, it compares wave energy and other main energy sources, and then discusses the various disadvantages. It also presents the current research and the difficulties of wave energy evaluation, and systematically analyzes the climatic characteristics of the wave energy, including the temporal–spatial distribution and climatic trend of a series of key factors (e.g. wave power density, availability, richness, stability, energy direction, energy storage). It then describes the design of a short-term forecasting scheme and a long-term projection scheme of wave energy suitable for the Maritime Silk Road, to serve as a plan for the daily operation and long-term development of wave energy. Further, it highlights the wave energy analysis and decision-making in the context of the remote islands and reefs, using Sri Lanka is taken as a case study. Lastly, it presents the first wave energy resource dataset for the Maritime Silk Road. This book is one of a series of publications on the 21st century Maritime Silk Road (shortened as “Maritime Silk Road”) that covers the characteristics of the marine environment and marine new energy, remote islands and reef construction, climate change, early warning of wave disasters, legal escort, marine environment and energy big data construction, contributing to the safe and efficient construction of the Maritime Silk Road. It aims to improve our knowledge of the ocean, and so improve the capacity for marine construction, enhance the viability of remote islands and reefs, ease the energy crisis and protect the ecological environment and improve the quality of life of residents along the Maritime Silk Road, as well as to protect the rights, and interests of the countries and regions participating in the construction of the Maritime Silk Road. This book is a valuable reference resource for decision-makers, researchers, and marine engineers working in the related fields.Springer Oceanography,2365-7677OceanographyHydrologyMarine sciencesFresh waterRenewable energy resourcesClimatic changesCoastsOceanographyhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/G25005Hydrology/Water Resourceshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/211000Marine & Freshwater Scienceshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/U36000Renewable and Green Energyhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/111000Climate Change/Climate Change Impactshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/313000Coastal Scienceshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/G35020Oceanography.Hydrology.Marine sciences.Fresh water.Renewable energy resources.Climatic changes.Coasts.Oceanography.Hydrology/Water Resources.Marine & Freshwater Sciences.Renewable and Green Energy.Climate Change/Climate Change Impacts.Coastal Sciences.551.46Zheng Chongweiauthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut899928Xu Jianjunauthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/autZhan Chaoauthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/autWang Qingauthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/autMiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK991036664980332121st Century Maritime Silk Road: Wave Energy Resource Evaluation2070214UNINA02633nam0 2200541 i 450 VAN0011426520241120114621.54N978331945875520180131d2016 |0itac50 baengCH|||| |||||Advanced modelling in mathematical financein honour of Ernst EberleinJan Kallsen, Antonis Papapantoleon editors[Cham]Springer2016XXIV, 496 p.ill.24 cm001VAN001025742001 Springer proceedings in mathematics & statistics210 Berlin [etc.]Springer2012-189VAN00241846Advanced modelling in mathematical finance152306460G44Martingales with continuous parameter [MSC 2020]VANC020011MF60G48Generalizations of martingales [MSC 2020]VANC021486MF91G10Portfolio theory [MSC 2020]VANC031365MF91G20Derivative securities (option pricing, hedging, etc.) [MSC 2020]VANC031011MF91G30Interest rates, asset pricing, etc. (stochastic models) [MSC 2020]VANC031012MF91G40Credit risk [MSC 2020]VANC031366MF91G60Numerical methods (including Monte Carlo methods) [MSC 2020]VANC033553MF91G70Statistical methods; risk measures [MSC 2020]VANC030929MF91G80Financial applications of other theories [MSC 2020]VANC031013MF91GxxActuarial science and mathematical finance [MSC 2020]VANC020093MFAdvanced stochastic modelsKW:KErnst EberleinKW:KFestschriftKW:KMathematical FinanceKW:KOption pricing and hedgingKW:KProcesses with jumpsKW:KQuantitative FinanceKW:KStatisticsKW:KTerm structure modelsKW:KCHChamVANL001889KallsenJanVANV088382PapapantoleonAntonisVANV088384Springer <editore>VANV108073650ITSOL20250314RICAhttp://dx.doi.org/10.1007/978-3-319-45875-5E-book – Accesso al full-text attraverso riconoscimento IP di Ateneo, proxy e/o ShibbolethBIBLIOTECA CENTRO DI SERVIZIO SBAVAN15NVAN00114265BIBLIOTECA CENTRO DI SERVIZIO SBA15CONS SBA EBOOK 2045 15EB 2045 20180131 Advanced modelling in mathematical finance1523064UNICAMPANIA
