Narratologia ;Band 61.Narration (Rhetoric)Electronic books.Narration (Rhetoric)808GL 6762rvkGrüne Matthias1048231MiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910467623303321Realistische Narratologie2476394UNINA03200nam 2200673 450 991014329120332120230106140223.01-280-19876-197866101987640-470-79843-20-470-77389-81-4051-4361-4(CKB)1000000000342059(EBL)232993(OCoLC)475938918(SSID)ssj0000274602(PQKBManifestationID)11228348(PQKBTitleCode)TC0000274602(PQKBWorkID)10326277(PQKB)11442534(MiAaPQ)EBC232993(MiAaPQ)EBC7076116(Au-PeEL)EBL7076116(EXLCZ)99100000000034205920230106d2004 uy 0engur|n|---|||||txtccrA world of others' words cross-cultural perspectives on intertextuality /Richard BaumanMalden, Massachusetts :Blackwell Pub.,[2004]©20041 online resource (196 p.)Description based upon print version of record.1-4051-1604-8 Includes bibliographical references (pages [167]-177) and index.A World of Others' Words: Cross-Cultural Perspectives on Intertextuality; Contents; Acknowledgments; Note on Transcription; 1 Introduction: Genre, Performance, and the Production of Intertextuality; 2 "And the Verse is Thus": Icelandic Stories About Magical Poems; 3 "I'll Give You Three Guesses": The Dynamics of Genre in the Riddle Tale; 4 "What Shall We Give You?": Calibrations of Genre in a Mexican Market; 5 "Bell, You Get the Spotted Pup": First Person Narratives of a Texas Storyteller; 6 "That I Can't Tell You": Negotiating Performance with a Nova Scotia Fisherman7 "Go, My Reciter, Recite My Words": Mediation, Tradition, Authority8 Epilogue; Notes; References; IndexDrawing on his work in Iceland, Ireland, Scotland, North America, Ghana, and Fiji, linguistic anthropologist and folklorist Richard Bauman presents a series of ethnographic case studies that offer a sparkling look at intertextuality as communicative practice. A fascinating perspective on intertextuality: the idea that written and spoken texts speak to one another, e.g. through genre or allusions. Presents a series of ethnographic case studies to illustrate the topic. Draws on a broad range of oral performances and literary records from across the world. The conferences were organized by the Systems Research Institute, Polish Academy of Sciences, Department IV of Engineering Sciences, Polish Academy of Sciences, and the Polish Operational and Systems Research Society in collaboration with the European Society for Fuzzy Logic and Technology (EUSFLAT), the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and various European universities. The aim of the EUSFLAT-2017 was to bring together theoreticians and practitioners working on fuzzy logic, fuzzy systems, soft computing and related areas and to provide a platform for exchanging ideas and discussing the l atest trends and ideas, while the aim of IWIFSGN’2017 was to discuss new developments in extensions of the concept of a fuzzy set, such as an intuitionistic fuzzy set, as well as other concepts, like that of a generalized net. The papers included, written by leading international experts, as well as the special sessions and panel discussions contribute to the development the field, strengthen collaborations and intensify networking.Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing,2194-5365 ;643Computational intelligenceArtificial intelligenceComputational IntelligenceArtificial IntelligenceComputational intelligence.Artificial intelligence.Computational Intelligence.Artificial Intelligence.511.3Kacprzyk Januszedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtSzmidt Eulaliaedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtZadrożny Slawomiredthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtAtanassov Krassimir Tedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtKrawczak Maciejedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtMiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910299885603321Advances in Fuzzy Logic and Technology 20172511900UNINA
