The 12 full papers, 24 short papers and 16 poster papers presented in this volume together with a full-paper length invited talks were carefully reviewed and selected from 90 submissions. The rapidly evolving state-of-the-art in NLP and the shifting interest to appcliations targeting document and data collections available on the Web, including an increasing amount of user generated content, is reflected in the contributions to this book. Topics covered are information retrieval, text classification and clustering, summarization, normalization of user generated content, "forensic" NLP, ontologies and natural language, sentiment analysis, question answering and information extraction, terminology and named entity recognition, and NLP tools development.Information Systems and Applications, incl. Lecture Notes in Physics,0075-8450 ;678Bibliographic Level Mode of Issuance: Monograph9783540272861 3540272860 Concentrated Local-Moment Systems -- Diluted Magnetic Semiconductors -- Half-Metallic Ferromagnets. Some ferromagnetic materials with localized magnetic moments have become a hot topic in modern solid-state physics because of their potential applications, e.g. in spintronic devices. The magnetic systems of interest comprise diluted magnetic semiconductors and half-metallic ferromagnets. Like conventional concentrated local-moment systems, they are characterized by an exchange interaction between localized magnetic moments and quasi-free charge carriers. The current research on local-moment ferromagnetism is reviewed in a tutorial style by leading experts in this field. Experimentalists present the latest approaches to characterize the unique material properties, and theoreticians propose definitive ideas to explain the observed phenomena. Students and researches alike will benefit from this status report.Lecture Notes in Physics,0075-8450 ;678MagnetismMagnetic materialsEngineeringMagnetism, Magnetic Materialshttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/P25129Engineering, generalhttps://scigraph.springernature.com/ontologies/product-market-codes/T00004Magnetism.Magnetic materials.Engineering.Magnetism, Magnetic Materials.Engineering, general.538/.44Donath Markusedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtNolting Wolfgangedthttp://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edtMiAaPQMiAaPQMiAaPQBOOK9910144897203321Local-Moment ferromagnets737682UNINA
