CONSIDERATIONS FOR FUTURE FUND INVOLVEMENT""This paper presents an Ex Post Assessment of Long-Term Program Engagement for Armenia. The quality of program implementation was uneven at the early stages of IMF engagement, but it has improved in recent years. Implementation of some key structural reforms suffered delays, reflecting in part capacity constraints and at times insufficient ownership. Collaboration between the IMF and the World Bank has been good. The Bank has played a valuable role in facilitating the streamlining of conditionality under the Poverty Reduction and Growth Facility arrangement.IMF Staff Country Reports; Country Report ;No. 2005/002Foreign exchange ratesGovernment policyArmenia (Republic)Economic assistanceArmenia (Republic)BankingimfBanks and BankingimfBanks and bankingimfBanksimfCommercial banksimfDepository InstitutionsimfEconomic sectorsimfEnergy and the MacroeconomyimfEnergy industriesimfEnergy sectorimfFinancial institutionsimfIndustries: EnergyimfInstitutions and the MacroeconomyimfMacroeconomicsimfMacrostructural analysisimfMicro Finance InstitutionsimfMortgagesimfPetroleum, oil & gas industriesimfPublic finance & taxationimfPublic FinanceimfRevenue administrationimfRevenueimfStructural reformsimfTax administration and procedureimfTax administration core functionsimfTaxationimfTaxation, Subsidies, and Revenue: GeneralimfArmenia (Republic)Economic policy1991-Armenia (Republic)Economic conditions1991-Armenia, Republic ofimfForeign exchange ratesGovernment policyEconomic assistanceBankingBanks and BankingBanks and bankingBanksCommercial banksDepository InstitutionsEconomic sectorsEnergy and the MacroeconomyEnergy industriesEnergy sectorFinancial institutionsIndustries: EnergyInstitutions and the MacroeconomyMacroeconomicsMacrostructural analysisMicro Finance InstitutionsMortgagesPetroleum, oil & gas industriesPublic finance & taxationPublic FinanceRevenue administrationRevenueStructural reformsTax administration and procedureTax administration core functionsTaxationTaxation, Subsidies, and Revenue: GeneralInternational Monetary Fund.Middle East and Central Asia Dept.International Monetary Fund.Fiscal Affairs Dept.International Monetary Fund.Policy Development and Review Dept.DcWaIMFBOOK9910956794303321Republic of Armenia4371280UNINA
