Il manuale apre una riflessione approfondita sul Piano Nazionale Industria 4.0. Non si tratta, com'è evidente, di un intervento definitivo, ma l'inizio di un percorso critico che si fonda su di un dato incontrovertibile: stiamo vivendo la quarta rivoluzione industriale, che sarà, anche questa volta, di natura epocale.
