Mais avant d'être une politique économique et sociale, l'assurance chômage est d'abord un produit d'assurance qui doit rendre le service que l'on attend, à un prix acceptable. Ainsi, un régime d'assurance chômage subtilement manié est en réalité un outil puissant, qui protège les individus et soutient les entreprises et la croissance. |
