Long description: The Second International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Information Processing and Cloud Computing (AIIPCC 2021) was successfully held on June 26-28, 2021 in Hangzhou, China. The con-ference was an aunnuel forum for researchers and application developers in the area of artificial intelligence, information processing and cloud computing.
