This book constitutes the proceedings of the 11th Ecuadorian Conference on Information and Communication Technologies, TICEC 2023, held in Cuenca, Ecuador, during October 18–20, 2023. The 31 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 120 submissions.
