Thematik von Verbrechen/Strafe, Buße/Gnade oder Tugend/Belohnung. Literarische Wert-Zuschreibungen betreffen aber auch formale Aspekte: Wird die ästhetische Form den in einem Werk verhandelten Inhalten gerecht? Lässt die Neu-Adaption eines Stoffs dem Original Gerechtigkeit widerfahren? Somit umfasst das Thema Fragen der Gerechtigkeit auch mit Blick auf Prozesse literarischer Kommunikation und Überlieferung wie Imitatio, Emulatio und Übersetzung.
