Sommario/riassunto

Integration politics in the Netherlands has changed dramatically

between 1990 and 2005. Whereas ethnic and religious differences were hitherto pacified through accommodation, a new and increasingly powerful current in Dutch politics problematizes-the presence of minorities. This development represents a challenge to sociologists and political scientists: how to map and explain drastic changes? Arguing that extant approaches are better at explaining continuity than change,-this book-develops a distinct approach to the study of dynamic power relations to understand drastic transformations in the national debate as well as urban governance.

Sommario/riassunto

It is well known that the restricted three-body problem has triangular equilibrium points. These points are linearly stable for values of the mass parameter, μ, below Routh's critical value, μ1. It is also known that in the spatial case they are nonlinearly stable, not for all the initial conditions in a neighborhood of the equilibrium points L4, L5 but for a set of relatively large measures. This follows from the celebrated Kolmogorov-Arnold-Moser theorem. In fact there are neighborhoods of computable size for which one obtains "practical stability" in the sense t
