"Rich. Baxters account given to his reverend brother Mr T. Blake of the reasons of his dissent" (Wing B1175A) has separate dated title page; pagination and register are continuous. "The reduction of a digressor", also issued separately as Wing B1368A, has separate dated title page, pagination, and register. "Richard Baxter's confutation of a dissertation for the justification of infidels: .. printed by R.W." has separate dated title page; register re-commences with quire 2L, pagination begins with 177. "Rich. Baxter's admonition to Mr William Eyre of Salisbury" (Wing B1181, the edition lacking errata at foot of G3v) has separate dated title page, pagination, and register; "An unsavoury volume of Mr Jo. Crandon's anatomized" has separate dated title page and pagination; register is continuous. Each additional title page, with the exception noted, has "printed by A.M." in imprint.
