Note generali

Title and imprint of publication suggested by STC (2nd ed.).

In roman types; the second sheet has the text of cap. 5, 6, 9, and heading of cap. 3, in that order, from 21880. Barker's B.L. reprint, below, follows the Scottish spelling very colsely and includes the text of cap. 3 and the whole of cap. Cf. ESTC.

Containing the text of statutes V, VI, and IX of James VI's parliament of December 1567 and the title only of an unidentified statute III in the same vein as the others, all reaffirming the Reformation settlement of 1560.

Imperfect: NLS reports this is a fragment consisting of one and a half sheets of what appears to be a single broadside printed on one side only, the half sheet being pasted upon the verso of the larger sheet.

Reproduction of original in: National Library of Scotland.
