Articles of sale. I. That he that bids most is buyer, but if a difference arise the book shall be again exposed. II. That all persons not sufficiently known to the undertaker, give earnest. III. That gentlemen fetch away within three days after the sale is over, paying ready money: and likewise porteridge.
