A copy of a letter sent to the Hague, about the latter end of May, 1691 [[electronic resource] ] : with a book inclosed, (hereafter mentioned) and sealed up, and superscribed after the following manner. These for him that is commonly stiled, William King of Great Brittain, France, and Ireland, wheresoever he now inhabits in Holland, or in the other parts beyond the sea, to be opened by himself only; with all carefulness and speed.
