Published as an addition to: Prance, Miles.  A true narrative and discovery of several very remarkable passages relating to the horrid Popish plot.

The "nameless author" of "The compendium, or a short view of the late



tryals in relation to the present plot against His Majesty and government", published in 1679, was Roger Palmer, Earl of Castlemaine.
