With an engraved frontispiece portrait of Lodowick Muggleton, with caption: Lodowick Muggleton dyed the 14th of March 1697/8 then aged 88 years 7 months: & 14 dayes.

This edition contains the title page and apparently at least part of the sheets of the first edition, with an additional 40 pages inserted preceding chapter 1 of the first edition.
