The first leaf is blank.

"The Gunpowder-treason: being a remembrancer to England" (caption title) has separate title page dated 1676; pagination and register are continuous.

The 38 unnumbered pages at the end contain "An appendix to the English remebrancer" (28 p.), followed by 5 final advertisement leaves, the last of which is an inserted singleton.

According to a note on leaf G8v, the appendix was written by "a friend of Mr. Clarkes".
