• Sommario/riassunto: Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht die regionale As-Grundwasseranreicherung in einem 35 km2 Gebiet in Kaliachak I (West-Bengalen, Indien), in dem Anomalien mit As-angereichertem Grundwasser in unmittelbarer Nähe zu unbelasteten Gebieten auftreten. Ziel der Arbeit ist die Charakterisierung des hydrogeochemischen Umfeldes der hohen As-Konzentrationen im Grundwasser und die Bestimmung der mineralogischen Speziation und Verfügbarkeit von Arsen in den Sedimenten des Aquifers.
