A new-come guest to the tovvne. That is, the descriminant oath which the Earle of Newcastle imposeth upon the countie and citie of Yorke [[electronic resource] ] : and all others under his command and power, violently abusing them to the maintaining of this unnaturall warre against the Parliament, to the ruine of the kingdome, and themselves.
