In dieser Arbeit wird ein Simulationswerkzeug zur Untersuchung des komplexen elektromechanischen Verhaltens von Ferroelektrika entwickelt. Es wird ein neues Materialmodell vorgestellt, das die elektrische Leitfähigkeit der Ferroelektrika berücksichtigt. Anhand von anwendungsnahen Beispielen wird der Einfluss der elektrischen Leitfähigkeit untersucht. |
