Preceding the ephemerides, each with caption title, are: "A treatise of the name, definition, distribution, and vse of an ephemeris", "The second part, entreating of mathematicall physicke, or a briefe method of physicke, by iudiciall astrologie", and "The third part of this treatise, handleth the iudgements of the astrologians upon certaine questions appropriated to the 12 houses".
