This state includes the two-leaf dedication to the Company of Skinners, signed: W.P. Copies differ in the preliminaries: (1) Collates *⁴, with *1 (title page) and *4 ("To the reader") in the same setting as some copies of STC 4531. i.e. title page has a rectangular block of eight type ornaments; line 4 of "To the reader" ends "booke"; *2,3 being the dedication. (2) Collates *⁴, **² , with *⁴ identical to (1) and **2 being the contents, which are corrected and reimposed in some copies of STC 4531.
