And by cause it is necessarye to all Englysshmen to know the propretees co[m]modytees and meruayles of them, therfore I William Caxton haue them sette fyrste in enprynte accordynge to the translac[i]on of Treuisa, whiche atte request of the lorde Barkeley translated the boke of Polycronycon in to Englysshe.
