Conditions of sale. 1. He that bids most is the buyer, &c. 2. All the books in the catalogue, not otherwise exprest (for ought we know, are perfect; ... 3. That every buyer give in his name and place of abode, paying also 5s. in the pound, in part, if demanded, and be obliged to take them away within 3 days after the sale in ended
