"The use of the law" is probably not in fact by Bacon; it was first printed anonymously as part 2 of "The lawyers light" by Sir John Doddridge.

The last leaf is blank.

"A collection of some principal rules and maximes of the common lawes of England" and "The use of the law" each have separate dated title page and pagination; register is continuous.

The title page to "The use of the law" bears the imprint: London, printed by the assignes of Iohn Moore Esquire. 1635.
