The first leaf is blank except for signature-mark "A.1.".

The second through fourth parts ("lamps") each have separate title pages dated 1582. Lamp 1 has separate pagination; lamp 3 begins a new register; otherwise pagination and register are continuous.

With five final contents leaves.

"As 1st Hh4 contains the table and errata for lamps 1-3, copies without lamp 4 may represent a purchaser's or binder's option"--STC.
