By the commander in chief of all the forces in Scotland [[electronic resource] ] : whereas I am informed, several complaints have lately been made, that souldiers do straggle at great distance from their colours, with their musquets, and kill and destroy rabbets belonging to vvarrens and house pigeons, contrary to the laws of this nation, and dishonour to the discipline of the army, and that some mischief was like to have been committed between souldiers and countreymen, for the injuries done, as aforesaid .
