With an additional title page, engraved. This and some of the plates are signed by Franz Cleyn, artist, and Salomon Savery, engraver.

The preliminaries and one setting of quire 3V (with 3-line initials on the errata page) were printed in London by William Stansby. Variant: quire 3V printed at Oxford; errata page has 2-line intials. See "The Library", Dec. 1948, p. 193-212.
