An ordinance or declaration of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament [[electronic resource] ] : Shewing that all the regiments of foot, and troopes of horse, within and about the Citty [sic] of London, shall within fortie eight houres after publication hereof, march to His Excellence, Robert Earle of Essex, to be imployed for the defence of his Maiesty [sic] and kingdome the priviledge of Parliament and liberty of the subject. / / Veneriis 23 Septemb. 1642.
