Concerns a general pardon to those committing crimes against the state prior to the reign of James II, providing that they present themselves within 20 days of the date of the proclamation and that they take the oath of allegiance or otherwise transport themselves out of the dominion.

At end of text: Given at our court at White-hall the twenty sixth of February 1684/5. And of our reign the first year.

With an order to print given at Edinburgh, the 2nd of March, 1685.
