The designer for the masque was Inigo Jones, whose name appears on the internal title page for "Cœlum Britannicum" in subsequent editions of Carew's works.

The first leaf is blank.

Most of the sheets are in two settings, and C outer forme and D inner forme are in three. Some copies have final pages numbered 31, 32, 30, 28, 29.
