The CSmH copy is followed by [21] leaves of engraved plates derived from "The exercise of armes for calivres, muskettes, and pikes", the English translation of "Wapen-handelinghe van roers, musquetten, en spiessen" by Jacob de Gheyn. They have four images to a plate, with 48 musket and 36 pike positions. The last leaf has imprint "Are to be sould by Wm. Sheffard at Popes head alley in Lombard streete".
