Lisbeth Jerich zeigt das Potenzial psychotherapeutischer Interventionen jenseits der Symptomfreiheit auf. Damit wendet sich die Autorin der originären Bedeutung des Wortes Psychotherapie zu, nach der nicht nur die Kuration und Vermeidung von Krankheit, sondern auch die positive Förderung von Gesundheit Ziel der Psychotherapie ist.
