"A practicall catechisme ..The third edition .." has separate dated title page on A2; it was also issued separately as STC 21168 with the general title page (A1) cancelled. Each part has separate pagination; register is continuous. "A treatise of the two sacraments of the Gospell: baptisme and the Supper of the Lord. .. The third edition" is a reissue of STC 21171 or 21172 (imprint has ".. printed by Tho. Cotes .. 1635 [or 1636]"). The second part of the Treatise has separate dated title page; pagination and register are continuous.
