Akzeptanz solcher Motoren, mit kleinem Hubvolumen und großer Leistungsdichte, ist stark von ihrem Verhalten im transienten Betrieb abhängig. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurde ein 1,4-l-DI-Ottomotor mittels 1D-Motorprozessrechnung simuliert. Verschiedene Aufladesysteme werden hinsichtlich ihrer Auswirkung auf den Kraftstoffverbrauch und die Dynamik des Motors verglichen. Zu den simulierten Aufladesystemen zählen neben einstufigen Turbosystemen - mit Wastegate-geregelter Singlescroll-Turbine, mit Wastegate-geregelter Twinscroll-Turbine, mit VTG-Turbine - auch mechanisch angetriebene Aufladesysteme mit Schraubenlader bzw. Kombinationen aus Rootslader und Abgasturbolader, sowie ein zweistufiges Turbosystem. Dabei handelt es sich nicht nur um seriennahe Aggregate sondern auch um Prototypen, was den Vergleich besonders interessant macht. |
