Long description: In der letzten Lebensphase, die kurz oder auch sehr lange dauern kann, wünschen sich Palliativpatienten Lebensqualität, die sehr persönlich zu gestalten ist. Dabei harmonieren Palliativversorgung und Aktivierend-therapeutische Pflege aufgrund ihres gemeinsamen Anspruchs, Lebensqualität so lange wie möglich zu erhalten. Denn auch bei Palliativpatienten verfolgt Aktivierend-therapeutische Pflege das Ziel, die individuelle, optimal erreichbare Mobilität und Selbstversorgung sowie Teilhabe und Selbstbestimmung möglichst lange zu erhalten oder auch wiederzuerlangen. Neben der Einführung in die Aktivierend-therapeutische Pflege in der Palliative Care bieten Beiträge zu den Pflege- und Handlungsschwerpunkten Beziehungsarbeit, Bewegung und Selbstversorgung sowie Anwendungsbeispiele den Lesenden einen praktischen Zugang. |
