|
Die empirische Studie untersucht aus Perspektive von Hochschulleitungen und Qualitätsmanagementverantwortlichen dynamische Veränderungsprozesse, die bei der Einführung einer Systemakkreditierung auftreten. Es werden Herausforderungen, Handlungspraktiken und Bewältigungsstrategien der Veränderungsakteure sowie Effekte der Systemakkreditierung identifiziert und theoretische sowie handlungspraktische Implikationen zur Gestaltung von Hochschulentwicklungsprozessen aufgezeigt. |
