This book constitutes the proceedings of the 17th International Conference on the Quality of Information and Communications Technology, QUATIC 2024, held in Pisa, Italy, during September 11–13, 2024. The 34 full and short papers of QUATIC 2024 included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 49 submissions. QUATIC is a forum for disseminating advanced methods, techniques and tools to support quality approaches to ICT engineering and management.
