Die ungelöst und häufig unreguliert verlaufenden sozialen Konflikte in den Betrieben zählten zu den die Weimarer Republik belastenden Probleme. Das Betriebsrätegesetz von 1920 war freilich trotz aller Auseinandersetzungen im Vorfeld seiner Verabschiedung weitgehend unumstritten. Wenn es trotzdem in den zwanziger Jahren zu keiner zufriedenstellenden Regulierung der betrieblichen Konflikte kam, so lag dies vor allem an der kommunikativen Praxis in den Betrieben, die einerseits Produktionstechnik und Unternehmerorganisation reflektierte, andererseits der Lern- und Anpassungsbereitschaft an die |
