Sommario/riassunto |
|
This book approaches the nature of Emily Dickinson from a multi-dimensional perspective. It studies nature in Dickinson’s works from five aspects including historical, pictorial, ecocritical, philosophical and nonhuman perspectives, providing a tentative interdisciplinary study to display her charm, so as to promote Dickinson’s studies, and open new ways in this field. Li Ling is a Ph.D. professor of School of Foreign Languages, Central-South University. Her research direction is English literature and culture. She has finished the project of the National Social Science Fund and published one academic monograph and a series of academic articles. |
