This CCIS book constitutes selected papers accepted in the Research Track on Smart Cities and Smart Mobility and the Research Track on Software Engineering of the 11th International Conference on



Computational Science and Computational Intelligence, CSCI 2024, which took place in Las Vegas, NV, USA, during December 11–13, 2024. The Research Track on Smart Cities and Smart Mobility, CSCI-RTSC, received 75 submissions of which 15 papers were accepted. For the Research Track on Software Engineering, CSCI-RTSE, 13 papers were accepted from 58 submissions, 12 of these are included in this volume. They were organized in topical sections on Infrastructures: Smart Cities, Tools, and Utilities; Smart Cities and Smart Mobility; Software Engineering; and ongoing research projects.
